Luke's Lego Party

I've decided that I will always have a weakness when it comes to planning my children's birthday parties: there will probably always be a theme; I will spend way too much time on them; I won't be able to stop at the cake.  It's a fact that my kids won't get everything they want, ever, and that they'll be celebrated in a much more subtle way every other day of the year, but birthdays will be.... a great time. My "Baby Luke" is two now.  Goodbye to that precious name and hello to lots of fun being a toddler.

I made this blog because I was inspired to take pictures of my little man, but the other day, I had to shoot a few of my hubs.  It might look staged, but truth be told, this is how I find him at least once a day.  I love that music fills our house, and I love this man.

Ava - Nine Months

Little Miss Ava is nine months and as cute as ever.  I got to spend some time with her and her favorite girls yesterday at Reader's Corner.  It was a perfect backdrop for giggles and grins.
